One-Time Onboarding Fee

$165/month

Includes everything in the Standard Membership, plus:

• Quarterly extended integrative visits

• Saturday appointment availability
• Convenient weekday appointments, including availability up to 7:00 PM on select days
• Access to a Patient Care Coordinator every day except Sunday

• Priority scheduling

New Patient Consultation 

Initial Integrative Consultation – 30 Minutes

This required first visit allows your provider to:

• Review your health concerns

• Discuss symptoms and medical history

• Determine appropriate lab testing

  • Comprehensive blood work, including:

    • Vitamin and mineral analysis

    • CBC (Complete Blood Count)

    • Extended hormone panel

    • Extended thyroid panel

    • ANA (autoimmune screening)

    • Inflammation markers

    • Cardiometabolic markers

    • Additional tests used by Zen Medicine based on your needs

Flat Rate: $250
(Onboarding fees are separate.)

Labs are ordered during this visit and must be completed before the longer follow-up appointment.

Follow-Up Appointment (Flat Rate)

Comprehensive Lab Review & Care Plan Visit – 60–90 Minutes

This extended appointment takes place once your labs return and includes:

• Complete review of your bloodwork and functional lab results

• Identification of root-cause patterns

• Personalized nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement guidance

• Medication review or updates when appropriate

• Creation of your individualized treatment plan

Flat Rate: $300

Ongoing Optimization Visit – 45 Minutes

After completing your comprehensive lab review and receiving your initial care plan, this optional follow-up visit provides continued support as you progress through treatment. During this appointment, your provider will:

• Evaluate your response to the initial care plan

• Adjust nutrition, lifestyle, or supplement recommendations as needed

• Review any new or persistent symptoms

• Determine if additional testing is appropriate

• Refine your treatment strategy to ensure continued improvement

Flat Rate: $225

Optional Functional Medicine Lab Testing

Pricing for labs varies by test and laboratory. Common tests include:

• GI-MAP stool test

• Micronutrient testing

• Thyroid and adrenal panels

• Advanced cardiometabolic labs

Typical lab costs range from $150 to $450. Exact pricing is determined by the laboratory.
