What is Integrative Medicine?

Integrative Medicine combines conventional medical care with evidence-based holistic therapies to address the
root causes of symptoms. At Zen Medicine, this may include nutrition, lifestyle guidance, hormone balance, gut
health support, functional labs, and mind-body wellness techniques. Our goal is to treat the whole person—body,
mind, and lifestyle.

Do you accept insurance?

Zen Medicine does accept HSA. We operate outside traditional insurance so we can offer longer visits, direct access, and a more comprehensive approach to your health. Many patients use their insurance for outside labs, imaging, or

60–90 minutes, while follow-up appointments range from 30–45 minutes.
