What to Expect:
Gentle Poses, Personalized Pace:
Our classes range from 45 to 60 minutes per session, providing a more comfortable starting point compared to the typical 60-90 minute yoga classes.
Our teaching style encourages you to move at your own pace, fostering a sense of ease and self-awareness throughout the practice.
The small personal class allows us to share with each person, a variety of modifications for yoga poses to ensure your comfort throughout the practice. Additionally, we teach you how to make self-adjustments, empowering you with the knowledge to use in any class you attend.
Intimate Semi-Private Classes:
In our intimate, semi-private classes, we create space for deep personal connection and spiritual growth. This allows us to offer you individualized guidance, with gentle and clear instruction, helping you understand not only the movements but the deeper intentions behind them. Through this journey, you will come to know your body as it is in this present moment, while mindfully moving toward the embodiment of your highest potential.
Empowerment in Every Session:
We start with a 5-10 minute teaching on the essence of yoga, exploring its purpose and benefits.
During this time we allow open communication for any questions you may have.
We share guidance on the wisdom behind poses and how they connect body, mind, and spirit.
Deep Relaxation and Restoration:
Gentle breathing techniques to promote relaxation and strengthen the lungs.
Deep relaxation with beginner guided meditation.
Sound therapy with healing vibrations.
Aromatherapy with essential oils and incense for uplifting the spirit.
Optional Reiki, a Japanese practice that activates the body’s natural healing energy when the class permit.
